What’s our return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can make it right for you! We allow up to 90 days for any returns for a full refund. Any items returned after 90 days may be accept on a case by case basis for store credit only. Any refunds will process once we receive and inspect the order.
We do reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product has been used, i.e. a quarter of a 5500 yard spool is missing.
For Custom Items;
Do to the nature of custom made items, we cannot refund any orders. We will however accept your return for store credit for the full amount up to 30 days.
We understand that sometimes you need to cancel the order that you just placed, you know, because you found the spool that you thought you didn't have. :-) That's fine, just get in touch with us through email or our customer support number (803) 814-0021 and let us know. If we haven't shipped it, we can cancel it. If we have already shipped the item and it's at the post office, we will have to wait for the item to get to you and for you to ship it back to us.
